2021 Veterans Business Bootcamp Winners Announced

Harrisburg LaunchBox is pleased to announce the winners of the Veterans Business Bootcamp final pitch competition on November 17, 2021 at Penn State Harrisburg. The final pitch competition concluded the eight-week long virtual program, in which a select group of 5 veteran entrepreneurs received coaching and instruction to build their business plans and pitches. These entrepreneurs presented their pitches to compete for up to $3500 in funding at the final pitch competition. All participating entrepreneurs walked away with at least $750 in funding.
The following awards were presented to the participating entrepreneurs at the final pitch event:
• Sharon Hill Kitchen & Banquet Facilities (Harry Graham) – $3500 award
• Little Loyalsock Berry Farm (Thomas Conner) – $2000 award
• BeeVille Labs (Kevin Chester) – $1000 award
• Gods Biggest Fan Apparel LLC (Daysha Smith) – $750 award
• Digital Craftsman Homes (Anthony Jellen) – $750 award
Veterans Business Bootcamp was sponsored by the Rotary Veterans Initiative, Penn State SBDC and Ben Franklin Technology Partners Central-Northern PA. The $7500 in total award funding was generously provided by Rotary Veterans Initiative.
